Are you Ready?? It's Almost Here!!

Somehow Christmas always sneaks up!! As there is always so much to do, take a little time each day to reflect, maybe by reading a few chapters, or pages, of your latest favorite book...i feel so much better when i only plan a few things to get done during the day...instead of exhausting myself and running around like a crazy person! sleepy cats make a person feel relaxed!.

Giving Thanks!

with thanksgiving right around the corner, and so much going on, i am taking time right at this moment, to express my thanks to my family and friends...with my brother going through such a bad illness, the well wishes and prayers have meant so much....thanks to everyone! doing art has been such a blessing and also watching nature from my kitchen window...the simple joys in life are the best!! love to all!!

well, i hope everyone had a safe all hallow's eve....now is the baking month, the cooking month, the eating month!! with family and friends, it could not be better!!

Prims Magazine!

the new issue of prims magazine is such a feast for the eyes!! i was inspired to make my little poppet lady who is a peddler of paper dolls!! i used images from paper whimsys, which has the most lovely little gothic style girls....it is raining today, time to sew and sew and create and create....the cats are settled in, lee is on a trip...enjoy today, and thanks for stopping in.....
